Every BBG Sports piece is printed on demand. Most orders enter production within 24 hours and ship in 3–5 business days. Custom name/number jobs can add 1–2 days.
We ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Because every order is custom-made, we don't accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind. Please use the size guide before ordering. If anything is wrong — wrong item, defect, or print error — email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Custom names and numbers are printed exactly as entered. Double-check spelling and number — once production starts, custom items cannot be edited.
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, email info@bbgsports.ca with photos and your order number. We'll work with the carrier and ship a replacement.
