By using bbgsports.ca and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
All products are made-to-order via print-on-demand. Custom names and numbers cannot be changed once production starts (typically within 24 hours of payment). Product images are mockups — minor variations in placement and color are normal.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
The BBG Sports brand, logos, slogans, and designs are owned by BBG Sports. You may not reproduce or resell our products or branding without written permission.
Custom name/number fields may not contain hateful, obscene, or trademark-infringing content. We reserve the right to refuse production on any custom order.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBG Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
